We call ourselves, Pin, wel, ene. The high mountains have been our homeland since time immemorial. Our ancestors have walked this entire landscape, it is sacred and it is our home.

Picuris Pueblo will be dancing the Mountain Sheep Dance on Saturday, March 4, 2023. The Pueblo will be open and all are welcome to attend. Masks are optional, unless you are sick, then we do ask you to please mask up. No photography.
